The 2008-2009 Data Collection Information Packet is now available and can be downloaded through the link above. The worksheets contained in this packet are designed to ASSIST sub-grantees in the collection and submission of requisite data for both the State of Florida and the United States Department of Education (www.ppics.org). Data obtained through the use of these worksheets will be submitted to either the state and/or the federal PPICS. Therefore, these worksheets provide programs with a tool to help ensure necessary state and federal data are collected throughout the year. These worksheets do NOT excuse each program from collecting additional data proposed within the grant application/proposal.
